Very calm and quiet environment. Lovely staff, however she was a little heavy-handed which left me a little sore. Tools were sprayed with alcohol in between uses, but I would have preferred more thorough hygiene practices.

Ive been coming to Pixie for a long time now the service is always excellent
My nails are always done perfectly amd always last really well .
Pixie takes great care in her work and makes the appointment enjoyable i wouldn't go anywhere else

Rona did a great job with my BIAB removal and fresh set. Really happy with my nails as always. During my appointment, as Pixie was not there, it fell to Rona as the senior tech to step in when one of the other technicians was dealing with a difficult customer. She remained really patient and professional throughout which was very commendable.
