Pixie Nails are usually great, this service however was not satisfactory, my hands were cut multiple times during the prepatory stage and one of my nails started bleeding. Two of the technicians found it humorous that I was concerned about the cuts. I was given antiseptic cream. Upon my request, they waived the “senior technician” fee but this should have been offered by them. I don’t think I should walk away with painful nails, not reflective of a “senior technician”.
