I showed up for my 4pm appointment and the salon was closed. I had previously walked past the salon during the day and it was closed, I called 6 times throughout the day and emailed to say that I was there when I got there and I go no reply. Iv already payed for my appointment so I’m expecting a refund when someone can be bothered to contact me back. Really bad service, won’t be booking here again.

She stayed after work to provide the treatment. I was very grateful as I am only in the area rarely. Even though they were over an hour after their closing time, I did not feel rushed and the treatment was 100%. This service was above and beyond! I would definitely tell my friends and family.

Amazing experience yet again at Pixie dust , I had previously visited the salon for a lash lift for my wedding and the results were amazing so I decided to return for a luxury gel mani / pedi and eyebrow tint and oh my gosh they were all superb !
