I had booked express Shellac due to already having a full shellac treatment 1 month before and going again in 3 weeks before a holiday. Bea informed me my nails were not suited for express and were 'ugly' & condescendingly asked me if I knew the difference b/w the 2 treatments to the extent a customer turned to look. This set the tone for the rest of the appt - if you are going to offer a treatment it should not come with unwanted remarks especially if you don't know someones financial situation
