I’m a weekly visitor to Pinks as I always get excellent service and hair care from Gemma and Kirsty. .
However, this week I was surprised to see that the loyalty program has been changed to show less appreciation for loyal customers. The previous £10 for every 10 treatments represented approx. 2.7% of my 10 week spend. Now that the rules have changed to £5 for every 10 visits it’s less than 1.4%. Poor show Pinks. 🙁
