Every time I’ve been to Joseph’s my experience has been nothing short of amazing and visiting the salon during these very strange times was no different. Charlotte did an incredible job on my hair, as she always does, and I left the salon feeling incredibly happy and more importantly very safe!

Exceptional hairdressing, as usual.
Exceptional attention to detail for Covid 19 protection - separation, screens, monitored entry to salon, one client per hairdresser and only 2 or 3 present. Hairdresser attends client throughout, from washing to whole treatment.
No worries - thoroughly recommend.

Always feel welcome at Josephs, all the staff are friendly. in this occasion it was just Charlotte and Kirsty. Very professional and thourough with the extra h&S precautions in place. It didnt impact the expeirience, i always come out feeling great and really happy with my hair. but even more so this time, after nealry 4 months! cant wait for my next visit.
