I am writing this review after giving the owner nearly 7 weeks to call me back after her manager contacted me in ref to a video i shared with one of the stylist asking if this stylist could correct the damage done to my hair. I have curly hair and Emma told me she can cut curly hair, i ended up stopping her a few times as she was cutting my hair as if i had straight hair, eventually i got up and said its fine and left, I contacted them 3 weeks later which was pointless, was told boss would call
