Ladies' Haircuts
Had to wait 30 minutes after my scheduled booking. Awkwardly felt the senior staff's frustration at the junior members. They either didn't have enough training or had just terrible intuition. They had to ask one to actually talk me at the reception. I was waiting there staring at them. Nothing was communicated to me when I was getting my treatments, and I was just left alone for 15 minutes at the sink. I had to ask to redo one as they didn't know how to apply one properly. The senior staff did apologise on behalf of the junior member which was appreciated. My hair looks nice (as the senior staff highlighted it) but I felt so uncomfortable there and really just wanted to leave. I've been to this salon several times before but I'm not sure if I'll go back.
