Raya is always very friendly and caring towards young children. She is gentle and reassuring at every step and makes the child feel at ease. Raya also listens to what you want and gives advice.

I felt sorry for Roya who was one man band. Roya is a very professional stylist but the new management does not support her. For example she is a receptionist, she washes hair and she managing three customers, all single handed. She even called her manager to say she needed help but this request went on deaf ears.
