I felt sorry for Roya who was one man band. Roya is a very professional stylist but the new management does not support her. For example she is a receptionist, she washes hair and she managing three customers, all single handed. She even called her manager to say she needed help but this request went on deaf ears.

Nadia was brilliant, took her time listening to what I wanted and provided a thorough consultation. Loved the final haircut and blow dry to finish was beautiful.
