Exceptionally high standard of attention from the moment of entry. Customer care excellent although obviously all staff are working flat out. Although professional in every way, Julie confirmed each step of the cut with me before going ahead. I feel she would listen attentively and discuss any client’s ideas or wishes. Julie has looked after my hair for several years and I hope she continues for many more years!
