The shop was immaculate, and Ilona was clearly very determined to give me the best result possible although my nail shape made it difficult, she was super friendly and was incredibly attentive, she persistently cleaned my own hands, her hands, and her work surface and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and felt safe. The nails feel sturdy, are exactly what I wanted and I can DEFINITELY see myself going back!
