I desperately needed my nails done and booked with Anna. My nail tech is away on vacation who doesn’t work at the salon. The worst mani and pedi I ever had in my life. Anna’s manicure station was a mess. UV lamps were dirty and sticky. Tools didn’t come out of a sealed pouch, filthy dust brush. Anna didn’t have a pair of scissors or clippers to cut my nails. Anna doesn’t know how to use nail nippers properly. Won’t be returning and biking an appt to fix this mess. Anna was friendly.
