The cleanliness and overall setup of the establishment was satisfactory but unfortunately the service was not. When I requested for a normal nail file to be used I was not treated with 5 star approach and ultimately felt rushed and charged an exponential extra charge of £8 when this only incurred an extra 10 minutes and the technician arrived late. All in all the extra charge was totally unacceptable and I would only return here in an emergency.
