They took way too long to do a shellac manicure and pedicure. It says 1 hour 50 minutes and I’ve been to people where it’s done in 1 hour 30 but it took them 3 hours plus. Ridiculous. The quality is good of their services but they need to let the same technician work on the same client and not keep swapping people out. Leads to more time wastage
