Went in and showed the technician a picture of what I want my nails to look like. She did such a great job and kept checking I was happy with them. People have commented on how amazing my nails look!

This time around I was not happy with the result. Nails were different shape and length and I had to ask twice to get them fixed. Then colour wasn’t evenly applied and last but not least cuticle oil was just applied to one hand. The girl was nice but evidently quite distracted.
