There is no point booking with one therapist as they just keep swapping customers around. Didn’t ask me what my exact treatment was and then told me I had to pay extra as they provided me with a different treatment to which I refused to pay as I’d luckily paid on the app prior. One of my nails already chipped in 2 days time. They do fantastic cuticle work however but the actual paining isn’t well.
