The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. The pedicure was superb, scrubbing old feet to ones that would fit a slipper. Would recommend the service, to those who what to be pampered with

I did shellac nails and it wasn't done properly. Like they were in a rush as there are little bubbles in all my nails. So not happy with this. I had to go somewhere else to get them done again.

The lady was pressing so hard on my toe with the nail file at an angle that she cut me. When I told her she was hurting me, she didn't acknowledge that I was bleeding and moved on to the other toes. Very unhappy with this poor level of professionalism. No apology whatsoever.
