This is the third time I’ve booked a specific nail tech and not had them carry out the service. Mai was quite rough with my cuticles and didn’t necessarily give me the design I had in mind. Don’t know if I’ll be back to be honest.

Nails lasted approx 8 days - by day 10 I had 2 nails left. Nail tech did complain when doing my nails that the glue wasn’t sticking down as they should. Not sure what assistance or advice she was given but she continued. All nails lifted from the bottom & flicked off. No damage to my nails but very annoying. Usually by day 14 you’d be coming in for an infill not another full set. Disappointed.
