I was booked for a pedicure at 10h.
When I arrived the metal door was not open but the staff was in.
The chair was not ready.
I only notice after leaving that the top of one of my toes was cut and bleeding.
Not all my dead skin has been removed on both feet.
I have been going to Pink for over 10 years.
It looks like they change the staff and management... I will not return!
