I have been coming here since January 2023 and no issues. Unfortunately on this occasion I was charged for something I didn't ask for or agree to, which was caused by the tech who removed my acrylics.

Chan is very good and my nails are great. But I always have to wait to be seen when I go to the salon. They take on too many clients and prioritise walk ins over appointments.
