I had specifically booked in with Sin but was given May last minute without me knowing! My toes are now shaped going in different directions, she also didn’t paint close to the cuticle so now my little toe looks it has a french tip rather than an all white painted toe. She was always really grumpy throughout the whole experience which made me uncomfortable. A shame because Chan was so amazing!!! Please don’t change who people book with last minute.

Really disappointed. The staff were lovely, but my gel manicure peeled after 4 days and again after being redone. My natural nails are now weaker. My pedicure also left my toe cut and nails filed so thin they snapped. Feels like a waste of money.😢

All the gel on my nails came off within 2 days. The gel was thick and uneven. My toes were done a lot better but they cut a chunk out of my skin with cuticle clippers. It was £55 total just to have my nails painted and for them to be poor quality.
