Delayed past appointment time, impacted my plans for the day. Lady didn’t speak with me during appointment but spoke with another customer.. like my business wasn’t wanted / was an inconvenience- not sure if poor customer service or just as it was busy. Dust from extension removal (drill) was everywhere and had to inhale it- very dangerous. Rush job damaged my nails.Place obviously has their few loyal clients and the rest are treated as inconveniences, didn’t leave feeling good.
