I’ve been a regular customer since this venue opened by Morrisons and continued with them when they moved to wow rooms, I had a dreadful experience on my last visit, I booked with Nazilla, but she was already with a client. In total I had 3 different people see to me. Pedicure instruments were shared ( foot grater and scrub pad) without any sanitising between clients, It was really an awful experience and I certainly will not go back.

I have been a regular at pinks since they opened in Colindale. I’ve always been very happy with my mani and pedis. This time I had to have Lee as chan was busy. I had an appointment and it was extremely busy. I was rushed into the chair, whilst doing my pedi he shared a metal foot file from the client beside me and an exfoliating sponge. I then had to lean forward to have a mani which was very uncomfortable, his colleague kept rushing him so she could use the chair. He did not base or top coat.
