I made an appointment @ 11.15 am on 16.07.2021. When I arrived I was turned down by Mikaela and was told they were fully booked and asked me to come back for a 2 pm. I rejected there offer. They told me that I can cancelled for a refund. But unfortunately was not able to cancel nor a refund. I then rang PINKS and was assured a refund. But to date no refund received.
Very disappointed.
