Ana was very friendly, welcoming and adapted well to be able to communicate with my teenage daughter. Asked right questions, was professional and haircut was absolutely lovely. She gave some advise on styling. I then proceeded to book my haircut and same great experience, she even came a bit earlier into salon to accommodate my work time schedule. Thank you for such pleasant experience from both of of us -:) will be definitely coming back.

Sadly I spent £40 on the poorest lash lift I've ever had. It did absolutely nothing - she put the mirror in front of me and I actually said "It doesn't look anything different". But I had to run because I was then 10 mins late for a meeting - because she was 25 mins late to start (and I told her I need to be gone by X time).
Just absolutely fuming and gutted my lashes look no different after spending £40 for the privilege. I have a better result from mascara.
