Really painful coz the therapist pulled the hair out so slowly I could feel each individual hair come out, and didn’t soothe the skin after removing the hairs with their other hand.

Massage was ok. Therapist was nice, but too chatty and kept trying to make conversation which made it hard to relax. Ended up being charged £10 extra for her to get knots out of my back even though my understanding was that a Deep Tissue was really for sports injuries and the like. Would not book again I’m afraid
