Was a great experience especially after lockdown. Temperature taken upon arrival face masks offered if you do not have one and hand sanitizer offered before treatment. Track and trace system in place and you are given a plastic apron instead of the usual. My hairdresser cut my hair exactly how I asked even better, I asked for it to be shorter but she did not go to the length I asked her to go and I am so thankful for that as some hairdressers can get carried away. She was friendly and I love my new haircut.

I have not received the service. When I came my place was occupied by another person. Salon refused to do a haircut. The money I paid was not reimbursed to me.

I literally had the best experience ! The staff members were respectfull , professional , fun and caring . Mihaela brought my hair back to life . She is very gifted ! I ve never been happier with my hair 🤩
