Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. Throughout the appointment, the technician was constantly moaning and appeared irritated, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Her attitude felt rude and unwelcoming, as if she was being forced to do the service. Instead of leaving relaxed and happy, I left feeling stressed and upset. Professionalism and a positive attitude are just as important as the quality of the work, and sadly this was missing.

First time getting BIAB and I'm hooked! My nails feel so strong and healthy. The pedicure was meticulous and my toes look amazing. Definitely recommend for a long-lasting, beautiful mani-pedi!

£50 french acrylics. Constantly told Mary for over 1hr debulk the nail and make straight even if my fingers bend inwards, i still left with wonky nails (im a nail tech). That simple shaping took more 1hr and she had attitude about it, nails are flat. Not able to paint french properly. Bathroom stunk, pee on floor. I Asked if my mom can use bathroom, she said yes while rudely complained 3rd time she close 7pm. She said its better than inspo pic! needs humbling, rude unprofessional overpriced
