First time coming to this place. The lady was very rough and careless with the nail drill, breaking the skin until it bled, causing it to be painful throughout the service and days after. I of course mentioned my concerns to her during my appointment regarding the pain and potential infection. It’s been 10 days now but you can still see the injury she caused to my cuticles..I wish I could share a photo here.
