Love my nails and thought the salon was lovely I thought the communication could’ve been better, when I asked for what design I wanted she spoke to the receptionist who never said anything to me so I thought nothing of it, then at the end it turns out I’d not booked correctly for the design I wanted and I was charged extra which is fair enough but i thought this should’ve been explained to me along with how to correctly book for next time
