Staff are welcoming, offer a complimentary drink. Mitra was great and did a fantastic job. Had to wait 15 mins despite booking an appointment but I wasn’t in a rush and they were apologetic. Overall good experience, great value for money, will definitely be back.

Pearl done such an amazing job on my nails and is extremely professional and friendly, she helped create a full set of individual designs on each of my nails and I love them! Only downside is they took my tip incorrectly when I asked to round up the remaining amount to £20 but I’ll just add it to the next appointment 😊
