Sarah did an amazing job with my nails. Will definitely be asking for her again!
However I will say there new reception (think her name was Mia) tends to get over involved with rushing the nail technicians and rushes clients to pick colours/designs. I feel like these conversations only need to concern the technicians. Whilst the technicians are in their element, she would also wonder around them tidying up, but for them to need their tools and faff around finding them.
