There wasn't much in the way of communication on the day about the treatment but I got a through facial and shoulder/neck massage. The only criticism was the lack of eye protection when the steamer was on. I had to ask to turn it away from my eyes.

The brow lamination was great, although it would have been fab to be asked what shape I wanted at the beginning, and the eyelash tinting was a bit painful. Both results were great though!
