4 nail extensions came off within 10 days. Extremely disappointed - not worth £28 for less than 2 weeks of extensions. This many nails should not come off in such a short time scale. Apart from the treatment, I did not even get a simple ‘Hello’ when I came through the door. The technician simply sat down at her table and pointed at the chair opposite her for me to sit, with no verbal communication. The technician also moved me to another desk to accommodate another client and forgot I was there. Would never return here. Very unprofessional and obviously incompetent.
