Sara was amazing, super sweet and attentive! The color was however darker than requested and I have now washed it once and the intensity of the red has now faded quite a lot compared to my roots, which looks a bit funny... it now just looks kind of dark brown auburn on the ends and very dark red on the roots, when I initially wanted a copper color - looks a bit silly and like I slathered on a dark red auburn box dye... hope the roots atleast fade too so that it will match...

Lorenzo is a hair genius! I gave very little/poor instruction and my hair looks unreal now! So many of my friends have complimented me on my new cut! Praise be to hair genius Lorenzo!!!
