My hair looks great and my stylist Sid is fabulous! I love my treatments with him. Unfortunately, every time I come to this salon, it looks dirtier and dirtier. Especially around the sink and all the expose pipes, there’s limescale, grime, leak damage that’s never been repaired and years worth of accumulated dust. It’s awful to look at. Same for the bathroom, which is dinghy, mouldy and generally unpleasant to use.

The cut was ok but I only asked to trim the ends so can’t really get that wrong. The blow dry however was just drying the hair, no products were used, no styling, no effort whatsoever. Probably left the place looking worse than I walked in. The salon itself is really nice and I’ve heard great things but I can’t help feeling very disappointed. Perhaps I just got unlucky with the stylist, so best to check who you book your appointment with.
