Awful. Rushed throughout. Hair was singed. Haircut not what I wanted although discussion over pictures. Argument over use of sinks between staff. Horrible experience and rude staff. Actual hairdresser was the worst.

I have been coming here for years, and for good reason. No matter who styles or colours my hair I always get a solid, top notch hair do. You don’t have to chose what level of stylist you get, they are all the same price, and they are all brilliant hairdressers.

Nice friendly staff. She asked me what I wanted and listened to my preferences. My only complaint is that it didn’t feel like a special haircut for the amount I was paying. I had no products put on my hair, not even heat protection cream or spray. My blow-dry wasn’t great either, she kept tangling my hair in the brush whilst trying to create curls.
