Really welcoming salon and extremely convenient that they are open on Sundays. Was made to feel very comfortable and had a very relaxing wash, cut and blow dry. The team were very friendly and I will definitely be visiting again!
I booked last mn at this salon because my usual spots had nothing available.
The service is quite good, I’ve been greeted, offered a hot drink, and the hairdresser was very polite (for the price, I wouldn’t have expected less).
However he did put a lot of products on my hair before the blow dry (probably because he wanted to ease up the work on hair that he might have found impressive or potentially hard to blow dry on the first look, but I didn’t ask).
It was actually nice looking, but not very smooth when I touched it, and I had to rework a little the whole thing as I wanted it when I got home.
My experience makes me say that this salon is not for my kind of hair (not Afro but the kind of curly that you have to put a bit more time on than regular Caucasian curly), but I went only once, with one hairdresser.
I have really long hair, really long hair, and I can understand that it can be hard to work with. Stacey was absolutely phenomenal. I needed an up do to go to a 1940s themed event and Stacey created the perfect look. My hair stayed in place all evening (something which it never does) and the whole experience was wonderful. The venue is lovely, the staff were lovely, even if I was a bit of a nightmare without pictures as my phone had died. Thank you so much for giving me perfect hair for the evening. The style was so good that people even stopped in the street to compliment me. I 10000000% will be coming back whenever I need anything doing with my mane. Thanks guys!!
