Buzzy and busy salon, I arrived with a couple others who were happily greeted by their stylists and offered refreshments, my stylist didn’t follow suit and seemed to be in a bit of a rush, maybe just an off day? My cut was fine but I wasn’t asked how I wanted my blow dry, they just got on with it their way. For the premium price they charge you’d hope they’d get these bits right (or be consistent with how clients are treated) Other salons that charge less have these aspects spot on so a real shame.
