The hairdresser gave the impression that she couldn’t be bothered, didn’t even wash the shampoo and conditioner out properly so my hair was greasy and flat at the roots (not what you want from a blow dry) asked for sulphate free shampoo (which is a pretty basic request) to which the hairdresser didn’t know if the salon even had. A gentleman suggested a suitable product however was dismissed as wasn’t opened. Given the price and reputation I was really disappointed
