It took me a few months to write this review. It was one of the worst hair experiences I've had and I left the salon crying.
I have very thick hair, but I'm going through a lot of stress, so it's falling a lot. That didn't stop the "stylist" from combing my *dry* hair with a thin comb :(
I also wanted to do bangs, which she thought it wouldn't look good on me (now I thank the gods she didn't do it, because she probably would've screwed it as well).
I had to wait until I went back home to get the hair styles I wanted and to be treated by a professional..
I'll never go back.

Overall a great experience, I loved the balayage, the colour was amazing. The stuff was also very friendly, I would definitely recommend it and go there again.
