Very nice and welcoming staff. The colour chosen by the hairdresser for my roots turned out to be darker than my natural one and unfortunately I only realised this when I got home. The salon is quite dark so I would recommend comparing the colour chosen for you with your natural one outside, under some natural light. I will definitely do this next time I visit.
