Really appreciated the salon called to ask if I could come 15mins later as Sher was running late. Sher took her time to get the best result on my dark hair whilst being honest about what was possible. I ended up with more blonde than expected and it will need a further session to lift it further but I am pleased with my new style. Sher kindly recommended inexpensive shampoos to maintain my colour rather than up selling salon products which was refreshing (like the complimentary glass of wine)
