Sarah took so much care and attention with my hair and you could tell she knew exactly what the end result would be - which turned out great! I didn't get a toner - my hair is a little bit brassy in certain lights and it wasn't taken off the total payment but I'm not sure if it was supposed to be (I didn't ask so no big deal!)
