I had a haircut and Olaplex. My hair was long (5 inches below shoulders) with layers, and I asked for layers but shorter length, around 3 inches off the length at the back. Now I’m home and have had the chance to straighten my hair to my usual style (rather than the bouncy wispy style the stylist gave me which is hard to gauge the length), I’m terribly annoyed and upset!! My hair doesn’t even reach my shoulders and I’ve basically been given a bob cut with some layers! The stylist took about 6-8 inches off, much more than I asked for!! Disappointed and never going back.
