I visited for a wash, cut and blowdry and received outstanding service as usual and a terrific (and much-needed!) haircut. I hadn't prebooked a treatment but requested one on the day which was luckily no problem. Despite being 10 minutes late for my appointment, I wasn't made to feel rushed at all. I will be back, thanks Ruby!
