The staff are friendly and my appointment started on time.However based on the high price and low quality I won’t be returning and would not recommend.
£80 for trim, blow dry and 2 mins of toner slapped on the ends of my hair which didn’t do anything is too much to pay.
I prepaid £60 for a moisturising treatment and haircut and blow dry. When I arrived I asked to have a toner which I was told would be £20 extra, they did not do the moisturising treatment and the toner consisted of literally a tiny bit of cream dabbed on my lightened ends ( it was not left on for more than a couple of minutes despite the stylist stating she’d leave on for 10). It wasn’t left on long enough and there was no improvement to colour.
My blow dry didn’t last even the afternoon - the curls all dropped out, this is because the stylist used very little product in my hair, I asked the stylist to use more product to make it hold but she just put extra hairspray in which made my hair crunchy. I queried the extra £20 at checkout but was told I still had to pay it.

I put off getting my hair cut for far too long as I never know what to ask for to get the result that I want but Olivia followed my very vague instructions perfectly and I’m super happy with how it’s turned out :) Will definitely be returning.
