Just went in for a trim- and it took the guy 1 hour and 40 mins?! He just kept brushing it and it kept drying.. then didn’t really do what I asked for at all.

I was pleasantly surprised. I ended up receiving a different service to the one I had initially booked but I am so thankful about this because Will actually achieved the look I wanted. Will was not only knowledgeable about his craft but really attentive to what I was looking for without me having to say much. Honestly, I walked out of the salon looking and feeling beautiful - such a confidence boost! I love my new hair, and I will certainly be returning regularly to maintain it!!
