was left 40min ...twice including once with wet hair. did send me downstairs where hairdressers have their stuff to have my blowdry as no more seat were available. nost awful sxperience i have had at a hairdresser especially for over 200gbp. sad as I used to come every time. never again.

Never knew that a simple haircut can hurt so much 😂 Was a simple length trimming haircut, so result was fine. But for the rest: stylist seemed very rushed and wasn’t very careful with my hair. Blow dry was also rushed, so much worse than just doing it with a cheap dryer at home. Head washing sinks and hairbrushes were full of someone’s hair.

Once again I am very satisfied with the result! Cecilia’s work and advice is excellent plus she is very professional and friendly. She understood my idea and gave her opinion. The colour is love, soft as I wanted. And the haircut is great, I love my new fringe!
